SHIPPING INFORMATION

We have partnered with UPS to provide our customers with heavily discounted commercial shipping rates. Larger orders are often palletized and shipped via truck or rail. We bill shipping at cost with zero markup, handling or other charges whatsoever.

Once we have received your order we will contact you to confirm the shipping option that works best for you. By default, we ship UPS Ground which takes a maximum of 5 business days within the US & Canada.

CANADA: Within most of Ontario delivery is next day and to Quebec, it is 1-2 days. Within the rest of Canada, it is 3-5 business days.

USA: An average of 3 business days to CT, PA, MA, ME, MI, NH, NJ, NY, OH, RI, VT.

An average of 3-5 business days for the rest of the contiguous USA.

After you submit your order we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the total as well as the shipping options – including cost.

Once your order has shipped we will email you a final invoice with tracking information included.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Once the order is confirmed we will place a hold on your credit card for the total. Once your order has been shipped we will capture the transaction and email you UPS tracking information. Your funds are never in our hands before your order has left our dock!

While most of our branded merchandise and most popular items are already online there are some things we haven’t added to the website just yet. So if there is something you cannot find, please either send us an email or put your request (quantity included) in the comments section of your online order.

We stand by the strictest standards of quality control and safe shipping. Damages, shortages, or defects must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. We will either issue a credit or reship at our expense.

Until your order is confirmed by us you can make any modifications you’d like. Once an order has been processed we are unable to make further changes.
