SHIPPING INFORMATION

We have partnered with UPS to provide our customers with heavily discounted commercial shipping rates. We bill shipping at cost with no handling or other charges whatsoever.

Once we have received your order we will contact you to confirm the shipping speed and cost that works best for you. By default, we ship UPS Ground which takes a maximum of 5 business days within the US & Canada.

CANADA: Within most of Ontario delivery is next day and to Quebec, it is 1-2 days. Within the rest of Canada, it is 3-5 business days.

USA: An average of 3 business days to CT, PA, MA, ME, MI, NH, NJ, NY, OH, RI, VT.

An average of 3-5 business days for the rest of the contiguous USA.

After you submit your order we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the total as well as the shipping options – including cost.

An invoice is emailed to you when we process your order.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Once the order is confirmed we will place a hold on your credit card for the total. Once your order has been shipped we will capture the transaction and email you UPS tracking information. Your funds are never in our hands before your order has left our dock!

While most of our branded merchandise and most popular items are already online there are some things we haven’t added to the website just yet. So if there is something you cannot find, please either send us an email or put your request (quantity included) in the comments section of your online order.

You must report any breakages or damages within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either replace the damaged/broken items at our cost or issue a full credit.

Until your order is confirmed by us you can make any modifications you’d like. Even after it has been confirmed, if it has not shipped yet we will do our best to accommodate your request.
