Welcome to Oracle Trading (oracletrading.ca). By accessing our website, registering for a B2B wholesale account, or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. B2B Wholesale Accounts

Oracle Trading operates exclusively as a B2B wholesale distributor. Account registration requires valid business credentials (e.g., Business Number, Tax ID). We reserve the right to approve, reject, or suspend wholesale accounts at our discretion.

2. Ordering & Wholesale Pricing

• Wholesale prices are visible only to logged-in, verified wholesale account holders.
• Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) may apply to specific collections.

3. Shipping, Freight & Delivery

Orders are shipped from our warehouse facility. Shipping costs, delivery schedules, and carrier arrangements will be calculated at checkout or confirmed via your B2B sales rep. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon transfer of shipment to the logistics carrier.

4. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Goods

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is processed and shipped.
• Any damages, defects, or shipment discrepancies must be reported to sales@oracletrading.ca within five (5) business days of delivery.
• Verified damaged or defective items will be replaced or issued an account credit at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand logos, licensed product imagery, trademarks, and text content displayed on this website are the property of Oracle Trading or its respective brand licensors. Product assets may only be used for reselling authorized products purchased from Oracle Trading.

6. Limitation of Liability

Oracle Trading shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the purchase/sale of products distributed through our platform.
